The aspiration of club owner Mr. Evangelos Marinakis is clear: to elevate Nottingham Forest back into the Premier League while ensuring that the stadium and overall infrastructure embody the legacy and ambitions of one of England’s most storied football clubs.
Early on, two crucial services were pinpointed as fundamental for progress. Engaging PTI Consulting’s Chief Technology Officer as a Service (CTOaaS) set in motion strategic IT delivery, along with Managed Services meant to oversee daily IT operations effectively.
This collaboration heralds a series of thrilling initiatives over the upcoming year,which include developing a new E-Commerce Platform,Ticketing System,Internet Service Provider integration,Customer Relationship Management (CRM),enhanced WiFi access,Networking improvements,and bolstered Cyber Security measures. These investments aim to lay down a robust foundation for future commercial expansion.
